The company will appoint a FRANCHISEE and the basic requirement for franchisee is who can take the pins worth RS.50000/- once and then regular as per requirement as the company will not make retail pins to any one and the franchisee will be the only person form where any one can join with the company. The product delivery at the moment will directly dispatched through the company till the stockist appoinment after that the products can be taken from STOCKISTS only.
1. JOINING:- you can purchase any of our product worth 7 PV and you will become the business associate of the company and definately you will be a partner of the company, you will not only get the product but you will also get ID NO. and that is your identity with the company
2. STARTUP:- After getting the ID NO. you will have authority to introduce any persons to the company and you will get start earning with day one.more and more persons you will introduce you will get more and more income as per the following system
3. EARNING POTENTIALS:- Although you can get the earning by day one but till your total purchage with the company reaches up to 20 PV you will get only the product after that you can get encashed your earnings the detailed marketing plan of the company is as below
1.FAST TRACK MAKETING PLAN:-
a.On first purchase of every business associate the company will give point value on all the group purchase as per 1 PV=Rs.100/-approx. and every business associate will get maximum 20 PV which will be on CUSTOMER PRICE. the placement System of the introduced person will be in left or right side only. no one will be allowed the third placing elsewhere means the third or next person will automatically help to other persons and all the person will be benefited as PV whether it is directly or indirectly comes in his /her group
b.There will be unlimited depth points will be calculated for fast track income purpose and every 40:40 (LEFT SIDE:RIGHT SIDE) points will be calculated as pair and the earnings will be RS.150/- per PAIR. For this calculation the maximum earning on one ID will be limited to Rs.40000/- per month the closing day will be last day of the month
2.LIFE TIME PLAN DIFFRENTIAL INCOME PLAN:-
After getting the one income from FAST TRACK plan automatically you and your group ID will be placed in generation tree where all the directly sponsored persons will be placed in your front line and all the person sponsored by your group will be placed on front line of them and income will be calculated as per group volume generated by your group.
After purchase worth 20.P.V. on CP when you or your group purchase more products they will get 10% DISCOUNT on CP for that purchases they will also get BUSINESS VOLLUME of 10% value of CP mean if CP is . 100/ DP will be 90/- you will GET 10 B.V and so on and all your group volume will be accumulate till the rank of PLATINUM

B. You will get the overriding commission beyound your associates qualification.
When any of your two directly sponsored group qualify 3 PLATINUM You will reach on EXECUTIVE RANK will reach 21% level.
C. LEADERSHIP INCOME
After EXECUTIVE you will be eligible to get LEADERSHIP INCOME as below:-

D. STAR KINGS CLUB:-4% OF the companies repurchase turn over will be kept as STAR KINGS CLUB and will be distributed Annual to the qualifier for which qualification will be announced in beginning of the the year.
E. PLATINUM GROUP VOLUME:- Non PLATINUM volume will be treated to all up lines in full business volume but after PLATINUM the system will calculated as below:-
PLATINUM will get 30% business volume on their FIRST GENERATION PLATINUMS and 20%from their SECOND GENERATION PLATINUM groups NON PLATINUM BUSINESS VOLLUME
EXECUTIVE and above will also get 10% from their THIRD GENERATION PLATINUM group volume

PAY OUT will be calculated on last day of month and on 6th of every month the commission will be transferred to their E-WALLET account from 6th to 11th of the month the business associate can use the same on repurchase or new joining after generating pins form their E-WALLET account on 11th at 12.pm the company will arrange out standing list from E-WALLET account and the cheques for that amount to the persons who submitted their pan card copy to the company will be released on 15 th of every month
COMPANY WILL DEDUCT AS BELOW FROM THE PAY OUT.
statutory requirement T.D.S @10.33% in case of pan card submitted by the distributor otherwise 20% for which the TDS certificate will be issued to the person
10% of the pay out will be deducted as repurchase coupen for which the distributor can also be use it for non PLATINUM group
